Description

Origins and characteristics: The soya plant originates from Middle and North America, South America, Asia and Europe. The soya beans are squeezed or the oil is extracted, it is yellowish brown. After refining it has a light yellow colour, a characteristic smell and is mild in taste.

Usage

Usage: Soya oil refined has worldwide, the highest quantities produced of all vegetable oils. It is a fine edible oil and is also used in cosmetics – mainly as a carrier for lipid soluble phytonutrients and vitamins.
